Opening Day and we will be taking pictures that day as well. The day will run smoother if you come prepared with the order form filled out prior to the sitting. Order forms will be passed out about a week before, so be on the lookout!

Fresca’s Fundraiser for Tustin Pony. Fresca’s on Redhill will give 20% of our sales back to TYBA. This is an all day event and includes dine-in or take-out orders.

Fundraiser Baskets
The league will be holding the Team Basket Fundraiser again this year, so it’s time to start planning! Our team will need to come up with a theme for the basket, (i.e. Wine, Beach, Board Games, Sports Fan, King of the BBQ, etc.) it must have a value of at least $75.00. All baskets must be ready by April 5th so that they can be raffled off on April 12th, Family Fun Day. If you have an idea for our basket, or know someone who can donate items to our team basket, please let me know.
Fundraising!
It’s time to start raising money! This season we are going to be selling Community Discount Cards. These cards are only $10, and offer discounts at over 20 local businesses. Our league gets a percentage of each card sold, so start thinking about friends and family who could really use the savings! If each player sells at least 3 cards, we are well on our way to meeting our goal! Please contact Susie Evert to pick up your Community Discount Cards.

Lisa Smiley Event Photographer will be here taking photos during Spring Season. Photo’s will be available to purchase online or every Saturday. 20% of the proceeds from photo sales will be given back to TYBA.
Snack Bar Duty
Every family will be responsible for working pre-assigned shifts in the Snack Bar. The schedule will be given out at least 2 weeks in advance. If you are unable to work your shift, you do have the option of buying out your shift at least 7 days prior for a fee of $40.00. There will be a $5 late fee if this is not done within 7 days of the shift, and a $10 late fee if it is not done until the day of the shift. If the shift is missed completely, the player of that family will be deemed ineligible to play or practice until all fees are paid.
As soon as I know what month we are schedule for I will send out and email, or keep checking our webpage for updates.
